Winneconne, WI - IIT men cross country team took 31^st in a 37 teams contest hosted by University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh at Lake Breeze Golf Course, in Winneconne WI.

Samuel Wietlispach paced the Scarlet Hawks, with a 27:32 effort over the 8 km course. Seniors Phillip Cano and Andrew Montague crossed the finish line at the same time, in 27:52, scoring 177 and 179 points. Landon Vowels and Ethan Montague rounded up the scoring five for Illinois Tech, in 187^th and 208^th place.

This weeks poll NCAA DIII #1 North Central College, won the event with 33 points. They were followed by Washington University (MO) and University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire.

IIT's next cross country meet will be the CCAC Meet on November 9, in Valparaiso, IN.
