Wheaton, IL - Men's Cross Country team competed at College of DuPage Invitational, Friday, September 27^th. Landon Vowels turned in the best performance, finishing the race in a personal best time of 26:33, over 8 km. His performance was good for an 18^th place finish. After running most of the race together, Phil Cano, Ethan Montague, Peter Lau, and Andrew Montague crossed the line in 67, 68, 72, and 74.

Tech scored 263 points, finishing the day in 7^th, out of 24 teams. This was good enough to score better than DI Chicago State, DII Quincy University, DIII Concordia University, Elmhurst College and Maranatha Baptist College and also higher than NAIA teams Robert Morris, Roosevelt University and Calumet College of St Joe's.

Brenth Gainter of North Central College was the individual champion, with a time of 25:38. North Central College won the event by scoring 21 points. UIC and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee finished on the podium as well, with 47 and 80 points.
